National Community Learning Hubs Statement of Truth for Educators:

I (name) with full disclosure, consent and free will, openly and respectfully enter into this agreement with NCLH and fully support the NCLH community and ethos.  I agree to work within the NCLH mission statement, supporting the NCLH community values and ethos.

I agree that I will automatically pay 21% (more if I desire to do so) of the monies earned each month towards the growth and development of NCLH so that this new approach towards the education of learners will be able to flourish within our communities.

I agree under the terms of NCLH that I will not now or in the future suggest to any learners, mothers, fathers and/or any other guardian/s that they work privately with me in order for me to avoid the commission charge.

I agree that breaking this contract made today with NCLH will result in my immediate deregistering from NCLH and the (irrevocable) loss of all privileges, services and support provided to me. I agree to pay any charges owed, or part thereof, by me to NCLH.

I have read, agree to, and understand all the terms and conditions of NCLH.

Further to this it is also my understanding that NCLH operates under Common Law and I agree to be bound by and subject to it.
